Frank Vigneron has lived in Hong Kong since 1990. He teaches art history in the Fine Arts Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He teaches courses on the history of Western Art, contemporary Chinese art, Hong Kong art, and on Chinese and Western comparative aesthetics.
Besides teaching and doing research, he is also a practicing artist; he has held several solo exhibitions in Hong Kong and has taken part in local and international exhibitions.
His artworks are both technical and theoretical, and he keeps doing his “Le Songe Creux” project for a long time.
