Guan Hongchen was born December 1965 in the city of Xin Min, Liaoning province. He had studied and graduated at Liaoning Educational Institute, and Academy of arts & Design of Tsinghua University. He had taken the Graduate curriculums in central Art College. He is now the deputy professor of Shengyang University.
