Blindspot Gallery is pleased to present a group exhibition featuring photography by its gallery artists including Mainland Chinese artists Jiang Pengyi, Cui Xiuwen, Maleonn, and Miao Xiaochun.

Works to be highlighted in the exhibition include the Jury Grand Prize winning series for the Société Générale Chinese Art Awards 2010, Unregistered City by Jiang Pengyi. Select pieces from the series were also exhibited in Singapore for the final stop of the touring exhibition from 9 – 15 June 2011 at One Raffles Quay. The touring exhibition has already made appearances in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei and Paris, its final Singapore stop concludes the Société Générale Chinese Art Awards 2010.

Also included in the group exhibition is Jiang Pengyi’s Luminant series. The series comes in light-box and C-print formats. Two light-boxes of the series are currently on view in Louis Vuitton “See the Light” exhibition at Espace Louis Vuitton Hong Kong from 20 May – 23 October 2011. C-print version of the series will be exhibited in the group exhibition at Blindspot Gallery.
