PitchYrCulture is a public-presentation forum dedicated to the exploration and explanation of recorded music. At each event five to ten guests individually explain a particular song that has been chosen in relation to the event’s theme.
Each person makes a presentation that delves into the song’s history, cultural impact, and artistic ambitions (among other things, including personal anecdotes or aimless digressions). Presentations must not exceed the length of the chosen song. After the presentation the actual song will be played for the audience’s pleasure. Into-it-All is the second program of PitchYrCulture Playlist Mix.
The theme for this event is: Into-It-All Once you knew it all and you’d worked through a few different styles, you went your own way – you rebelled! Your musical choices made a conscious statement about who you were and who you wanted to be posted to your parents, teachers, friends and peers, your statement was subtly or overtly against the world!
