Hu Hui paints understandable contemporary as he sees it – through the eyes of a master artist who lives and works with his surroundings.  His paintings are full of bright colours, intertwined landscapes and busy interacting themes - just as he sees life around him.

Hu Hui is not a sit at the studio painter, he is constantly out in the field – sketching and looking for new forms and shapes, gleaning from everyday life and everyday happenings.
