Born in Myanmar in 1976, Moe Nyo obtained B.A (Painting) University of Culture, Yangon in 1998 and studied under Art Masters U Kyaw Lay, U Tin Aye(MDY), U Aung Thin Oo, U Myint Oo, U Hla Min.

Since 1996, he has regularly participated in exhibitions in Myanmar and is currently the tutor in the painting department at the University of Culture
