Born in Chongqing in 1982, but moved to Hong Kong when he was two years old. Typical Cancer – listless when he’s studying, but suitably calm and disciplined when he is painting. Wants to be responsible for his life, but does not want to grow up. Hopes to be young at heart forever, without losing his childlike fearlessness and strength. The toys in his works are those he played with or dreamt of having when he was a child, and painting them reminds him of his innocence and purity. The overlapping images appear blurry, yet they are clearly distinguishable.
