Arch Angel Art celebrates its 13th year and welcomes the Lunar New Year with a special exhibition: “Joys of Tet (XIII), a group exhibition by leading Vietnamese artists celebrating the Year of the Snake.

Out of the many festivals and holidays in Vietnam, Tet, the traditional New Year celebration, is probably everyone’s favorite. Pink peach trees in full blossom, orchids and kumquat (derived from the Cantonese word gam gwat ) trees, full of fruit, in huge pots decorate the homes Work comes to a standstill, shops close only this time of the year and there’s a sense of excitement in the air as kids and adults alike take to streets, visit friends and relatives and party for days on end leading up to the New Year.
