Best known for his painting of beautiful, warm and deeply emotive nudes or female images, Phuong Quoc Tri’s recent works are stunning in both strong emotive appeal and yet mysteriously inviting at the same time.
Tri, born in 1976, was born into poverty, left home at age 12 barely making a living, yet always pursued his dream of becoming an artist, forcing himself to attend school as a child, a remarkable achievement. Now increasingly successful, that strength of conviction, the drive to paint, combine as never before for him in “ The Female Face”.
