The first collaboration between Goethe-Institut Hongkong and Deutsche Bank, making use of the collection of Deutsche Bank. The exhibition at the Goethe-Institut Hongkong during the period of the Hong Kong International Art Fair will be extended by showing more works at a special booth at the Fair. This photographic exhibition reflects the intercultural approach of Goethe-Institut Hongkong by presenting works from Cameroon (Samuel Fosso) and Germany (Florian Merkel). Some of Fosso’s works were most recently bought by Deutsche Bank. Amazing to see how the German and the African photographs correspond to each other.

This is the first event of the newly-founded German Business Circle in which, under the leadership of Deutsche Bank, companies like Lufthansa, MGB Metro Group… come together to support the Goethe-Institut Hongkong’s mission of fostering cultural exchange.
