UNITED ASIAN AUCTIONEERS TO FEATURE MODERN & CONTEMPORARY ART IN MAY 2011 AUCTION
Up and Coming Icons and Blue Chip Pieces by Marc Chagall and Ai Wei Wei for Auction in Hong Kong

On 28 May 2011, United Asian Auctioneers (UAA) will bring together a carefully curated collection of impressionists, up-and-coming icons and big blue chips pieces by Marc Chagall and the famous Chinese artist, Ai Wei Wei, to appeal to today’s art collectors and investors.

The coalition has carefully selected 147 pieces from different countries for this May 2011 auction. Three of the most highly anticipated pieces include Marc Chagall’s oil on canvas titled Les Maries Du Cirque, Adrien Jean Le Mayeur de Merpres’s oil on canvas titled Les Poissons Rouges and Ai Wei Wei’s gilt bronze sculpture titled Middle Finger.
