Blue Space Gallery was opened in 1997 on the ground floor of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum by Tran Thi Huynh Nga. After working with many artists in various galleries and organizing several exhibitions for her husband, Tran Trung Tin, Ms. Nga wanted to realize her vision of a multi-service facility.
