Founded in 1993, Delhi Art Gallery (DAG) celebrates a unique position in showcasing a comprehensive collection of Modern and Contemporary Indian Art with a vast range, from early 20th century to present day artists. Besides a significant collection of well established, renowned artists such as Raja Ravi Varma, Nandalal Bose, M.F. Husain, F.N. Souza, S.H. Raza, DAG has taken upon itself the challenge to contextualize the historical importance of rare old masters for instance, Gopal Ghose, Haren Das, Chittaprosad, and bring visibility to their myriad talents.

With an in-house documentation and research team in place, DAG remains committed to curated exhibitions with serious publications on significant artists. In our scheme of expansion, DAG is simultaneously focused on young emerging talents, their experimental spirit and global practice.
