Linda Gallery was established in 1990. The main gallery is sited in the Kemang area in Jakarta, Indonesia. In 1999, a second branch of the gallery was set up in Singapore, Asia Pacific’s trading center. Through these 17 years, Linda Gallery has received tremendous support from collectors and art lovers from all over the globe which have been great encouragement for our growth.

The gallery represents many outstanding modern and contemporary Asian artists like Shi Hu, Walasse Ting, Li Zijian, Affandi, Basoeki Abdullah, Hendra Gunawan, Xue Song, Guo Jin, Jiang Shuo, Li Shuang, Su Xinping, Wu Shaoxiang, Yang Fan, Yan Bo, Zhong Biao, Xiao Hong, Xiao Ping, Huang Gang, SP Hidayat, Awiki, Chua Mia Tee, Rearngsak, Nico Vrielink and so on… The gallery has faith in presenting Asian art collection and is committed to providing whole hearted services to our customers and art collectors from the region.

Linda Gallery has hosted, participated and curated numerous important art events at Museum Nasional Indonesia, China International Gallery Exposition (CIGE), Art Singapore, Art Beijing and other art events.

Year 2006-2007 marks a milestone in Linda Gallery’s history with her major expansion into China: in Beijing with a contemporary gallery at 798 Art District and a museum at Guan Yin Tang Art Avenue as well as another gallery planned in Shanghai. Linda Art Museum, located at Guan Yin Tang Art Avenue, boasts a spacious two-storey space of over 1200 square meters to showcase a variety of art collections. 798 Contemporary Gallery put emphasis on introducing sculpture, installation, photograph and other nouveau contemporary art.

Linda Gallery aims to be a platform for eminent Southeast Asian and Chinese artists; it serves to expand the presence of South East Asian Art into China and vice versa, as well as to cultivate budding contemporary artists.
