CASHI currently presents “Group Show VI -Drawing Selection-”.
“Drawing” is key in considering artists’ work because artists’ spirit, thought and trajectory of view point are clearly recorded there. This exhibition constitutes a more stoic show space with a focus on “Drawing Work.”
For a new artist, Kohdai DENO is going to hold a personal exhibition following the close of this show. He is an amazing miniature-painter who draws chaotic cosmic mindscape reminiscent of cells and atoms. Color sketches intact with the intensity and density inherent in his work containing somewhat romantic and poetic atmosphere will be on display at this show.
Yuukyuusai is an artist who has been continuing exploration of essentiality of living creature by primitive details with animals as motif. Her main artistic work centers on cubic arts using gorgeous cloth. Her dynamic work drawn with crayon is on display at this show.
Sachiko MIKI is a sculptor who is using various materials with repeated challenge under the theme of “feelings” with characters identified neither as human or fairy as motif. Miki’s recent drawings which have shown further expansion through almost every day drawing training will be on display at this show.
