Young but frantically developing CUTLOG Art Fair after successful first edition in New York opens its doors again for the public in Paris while moving to the new location in Atelier Richelieu few minutes away from Palais Royal. We are honored to join the fifth edition of the fair and present the new works of 4 of our artist who create in the field of drawing and painting. We are happy to continue our recently started work with Atsushi Koyama and present his latest ManMachine paintings in which the artist uses oil on canvas to create “metaphysical” sketches of mechanical apparatus merging it with the physics of human body. Taisuke Mohri will have his debut in France showing his color pencil drawings in which he continues the research of the possibilities of genre of portrait. Cousteau Tazuke will be showing for the first time in Paris his screens, paintings made with acrylic resin and paint, which are installed on the metal base in the way both front and back side of the painting can be seen, thus transforming the topology of this traditionally two-dimensional art. After his solo exhibition in Tokyo early this year and successful show at Preview Berlin Art Fair Haruki Ogawa will be showing his latest works, in which his revolting images come out with more complicated structures while expanding to new media.
