Xizhitang was founded in October 1994; today they mainly deal with paintings and calligraphies of modern artists. Also included were Century Exhibition of Le Keruan at the National Museum of History and Kaohsiuns Museum of Fine Art in 2000, Qi Bai Shi’s Works Exhibition at the National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in 2002. At the same place, Centennial Exhibition of Fu Baoshi in 2004. And A Century of Li Keran- Commemorating the Hundredth Anniversary of Li Keran's Birth in 2007. Chen Xiaojun is currently managing Xizhitang. Chen is a senior staff member in the art field and has strong experience in publishing. She has worked as the publisher and the editor-in-chief of the magazine “Art Nobility” and vice general manager of Wenxin Artistic Salon, a weekly publication of Central Daily, which is one of the leading newspapers in Taiwan.
