Iberia Center for Contemporary Art, the first art center established in China by the International Art & Culture Foundation (IAC) of Spain, is an academic organization with multiple functions of exposition, research, education, publication and collection of the contemporary art. The Center participates in the production and construction of Chinese contemporary art; meanwhile, it is dedicated to promoting Chinese art and culture, as well as to introducing international artists and art projects. Especially, the Center values the independent films and videos, above all the documentary films, which is nowadays one of the most forceful and dynamic part of the contemporary art.
