ALL is C-Space’s third collaboration with the Dutch artists duo Vroegop/Schoonveld which is also their second solo show in the Gallery. The first solo show PAUSE in 2009 was an outcome of an intense cooperation with the traditional Chinese porcelain industry in Dehua. This time is the outcome of a cooperation with a Chinese printer and skillful bookbinder is central within the installation ALL. The method and research of V/S are characterized by working with standards, modular production methods and in series (from small exclusive series to industrial mass production). The work targets issues such as identity and existence and raises questions about the ideology of an culture in which individuality, exclusiveness, autonomy, a personal signature and style predominate.

In the past few years V/S have lived and worked in China, the United States, Spain etc. Among other exhibitions of their work have been held at venues such as the World Expo Shanghai 2010, Ullens Center for Contemporary Art Beijing, White Box Museum of Art Beijing, Chinese European Art Centre Xiamen, Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, Kunstverein Oberhausen, Kentler Gallery New York, Maypole Art Centre Chicago and the Tschumi Pavilion Groningen. In 2014 they are working on new projects in China and Spain.
