Sakshi Gallery presents 'Something Else' an exhibition of recent works by eminent artist Dhruva Mistry on August 28.

'Something Else' features a tableaux of stainless steel reliefs, which characterized by cut-outs revealing silhouettes of female torsos in different postures, and soaked in corresponding hues, reinterpret the nine universal emotions of life. Conceived by Mistry while recovering from a paralytic stroke, the works, above all, have strong spiritual undercurrents, exploring the timeless concept of maya through a play on presence and absence and reality and imagination.
