Henry Butcher Art Auctioneers (HBArt) announces its second main sale of the year scheduled for Sunday 3 November 2013 at Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur. A stellar line up of rediscovered gems that include seminal and fresh to market works by established modern and contemporary Malaysian and Southeast Asian artists will be unveiled to the public. This exclusive sale will also feature a special tribute section of works by Nanyang maestro Tew Nai Tong, exciting auction debut by important Malaysian artists, as well as a collaborative segment presented by Larasati Auctioneers.

The highlights for this auction are anchored by significant works by acclaimed Malaysian artists Datuk Ibrahim Hussein, Dato’ Chuah Thean Teng, Chang Fee Ming, Yusof Ghani, Dr. Choong Kam Kow and Dr. Sulaiman Esa, many of which are sourced from eminent private collections overseas to be exhibited back in homeland for the very first time.
